Ingredients

Polenta [ground corn], garlic, zucchini, mushroom, parsley, cannellini beans [cannellini beans, water, salt, ascorbic acid (E330)], crushed tomato [tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator (330)], garlic, onion, basil, olive oil, sea salt, spices, cultured dextrose.

Heating instructions

Ready to heat & serve.

Microwave: remove lid & microwave on high for 3-4 mins.

Stove: pour into saucepan, add 30ml water & gently heat for 5 mins. Stir occasionally.

Storage instructions

Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.

Freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours before consuming.
