Heating instructions
Ready to heat & serve.
Microwave: remove lid & microwave on high for 4 mins.
Oven: preheat oven to 180°C, remove from container & place in deep oven-proof dish, heat for 20 mins.
Storage instructions
Refrigerate below 4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.
Freeze for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours before consuming.

Stuffed Capsicum in Cherry Tomato Juice
One of my favourites as its a dish my mum used to make only she used to add mince meat, its delicious and filling, and a generous serving.

Hearty and Delicious
I found the stuffed capsicum so filling, it is a complete meal in itself. The flavours are great, especially the sweetness of the cherry tomato sauce.
